Independance Day

Independence day was celebrated with great enthusiasm and patriotic fervor on Aug 15, 2023 in Spring Hills School, Dehradun. In this special occasion the proframme started with flag hoisting by the authorities and everyone present their song National Anthem. After flag hoisting “slogan raising” conducted by Ms. RenukaRawat.

The main program continued in the school auditorium. PragyaPurohit, the student of class VIII was the anchor for the event. Group song was conducted by VI – VIII students. MasumaZehra and DeepaliPanwar delivered speeches.

A short speech was delivered by Ms. Swati Sajwan. The students of all four houses performed Zestful dance on various patriotic songs.

The Principal delivered a motivational speech, urging the students to become responsible citizens and true patriots.

At the end the result of dance performance was declared by Ms. RituBisht: NehalChamoli – Gangotri House bagged 1 prize.
– Sanchita Chamoli– Yamunotri House bagged 2 prize.
– Devyanshi Dobhal – Kedar House (III)
– Mayank Dhapa – Badri House (IV)
The event was concluded by Ms. Babita Kestwal and choir with Vande Mataram.
